Orders may be canceled within one (1) hour of purchase for a full refund. After one hour, the order is considered confirmed, and production begins.

If you are dissatisfied with your project outcome, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are subject to a 50% early termination fee to cover resource allocation and administrative costs.

10.3 Non-Refundable Situations
